Motive from Italy here in the UK

Motive was established in 2000, from RIB group (www.ribind.it), a world leading company in the automatic entry systems field. The aim to transfer its 35 years-old technological know-how into the industrial electric motors and reducers market has now been achieved. The final result is a group with a sales turnover of 30.000.000 Euros and 250 employees. Prior to establishing Motive, an ad hoc market survey wasconducted in order to build ground-up customer-driven knowledge and create an organisation based on the results.

Quality Matters at Motive

In July 2001 Motive became the first Italian company certified ISO9001:2000 in our field. The Quality System reported in our certificate is: "Design and manufacture of electrical motors and reduction gears for power transmission".
In April 2010, another first, this Quality System certificate was updated to ISO9001:2008
