One of our utility customers made an impromptu visit to site this week to catch up with our engineers. Our service engineers are the backbone of our business and we know they do a fantastic job, but it always good to receive feedback on them from our customers too.

“As soon as I arrived your engineer made time for a lengthy discussion on VSD location, cable runs, access issues, timescales and what would be expected during the installation.  He was massively engaging and informative.  Importantly I could see that he was wearing all the appropriate PPE in order to carry out the work safely.  For example, VSD’s had just been installed on the wall and he was still wearing the appropriate eye protection etc.

He understood the remit of why drives were being installed – from a customer complaint resolution and the next stages to understand if any energy savings could be made.  He was also aware of not limiting the site’s pumping capacity during the installation and how this would be achieved, all explained really well.

In addition, all the required paperwork was in place. Please pass on my thanks to your engineers for a great site visit”
