Sentridge were asked to complete an audit for and following a successful trial installation and report to management we were asked to replace all 8 units and convert to AC Control.

The data collected through Sentridge’s energy audit of the 8 160kW extruders after converting the older, obsolete DC technology to the more modern and efficient ABB AC technology, showed clearly that immediate and significant savings were made. This site actually recorded a 33% savings on energy costs, which you can see from the graph.
